Tete Therapy is an emerging mental health practice committed to providing calm, supportive, and purposefully designed spaces for client care. As demand for quality therapy services grew, the practice set out to establish its first Manhattan location to increase accessibility and elevate the client experience. The goal was to secure a sub-1,500 square foot space that checked several critical boxes: a quiet and office-intensive layout, a low loss factor for maximum efficiency, a reputable landlord, and the willingness to deliver a custom, soundproof build-out tailored specifically for psychotherapy use.
