Povero & Company and The Lead PR—two complementary creative firms—sought a shared office that could support both brands while giving each team its own identity and client experience. With both companies growing, the leadership teams needed a penthouse-level space in a prime Manhattan location—one that could be newly built with high-end finishes, flooded with natural light, and divided to offer two separate entrances.
