A 10+ year direct lease was finalized for a brand-new, trophy-quality prebuilt space. With only minor modifications required, Empire State Realty Trust customized the unit by dividing an existing conference room into two private offices, leaving the rest of the suite in pristine, move-in-ready condition.
After more than 30 years in the same office, Muñoz Engineering has relocated to a space that fully reflects the stature and evolution of the firm. Their new home in the Empire State Building provides the modern functionality they need, the iconic branding their clients recognize, and the transportation convenience essential for their cross-state operations.
