The Challenge

Loop is a team of digital-first creators known for producing one-of-a-kind live interactive videos, stunts, and advertising campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

As the company continued to grow, its existing office space began to feel increasingly constrained. Loop had built its team and culture in DUMBO and wanted to remain in the neighborhood that had become central to its identity and daily operations.

With expansion top of mind, the company began exploring the broader DUMBO office market in search of a larger workspace that could support its growth. However, after touring several options, the team came to an important realization: they were already in the building that best suited their needs.

The challenge was availability. While Loop hoped to remain in its current building, the additional space required for expansion was not immediately available on the market. The company needed a solution that would allow it to grow without disrupting operations or relocating its team.

The Solution

Through direct conversations with the landlord, off-market units within the building were identified and made available to accommodate Loop’s expansion. Rather than forcing the company to relocate or settle for space elsewhere, the landlord worked collaboratively to restructure the opportunity within the building.

Multiple units were combined with Loop’s existing footprint, allowing the company to significantly increase its space while maintaining operational continuity. To further support Loop’s needs, Two Trees also completed new buildouts within the combined space, adding rooms and improvements tailored to the company’s workflow.

The Outcome

By expanding, Loop was able to scale its workspace without sacrificing location, culture, or momentum. The new configuration gives the company the additional room needed to support its growing team, while maintaining the familiarity and advantages of its original location. 

With the newly combined spaces 20 Jay Street, Loop now has a workplace designed to support its continued growth, making the building its home for the foreseeable future.
