Kollektiv Management, a boutique fashion and talent management agency, needed a new office that would keep them close to the energy of Times Square and Bryant Park—two central hubs for the fashion and entertainment industries. The goal was to upgrade to a bright, character-rich space that could function both as a professional office and a creative studio for photography and model training. The challenge lay in finding a move-in-ready space that offered natural light, style, and central accessibility—all while maintaining or improving upon the quality of their previous location.
