Rose & Rose is a practice that requires the presence of their attorneys at the courthouse every day, making proximity to the courts a critical requirement. They emphasized that they could not afford to lose time in transit to and from the Courthouse. Being close to the Courts makes the firm more efficient and productive.

The Solution

After carefully assessing their needs, we began searching for a new location that would meet all their requirements. The ideal solution emerged at 250 Broadway—where we secured a 12 year lease for the duplex penthouse covering the entire 30th and 31st floors, conveniently located just a few blocks from the courthouse. This prime location is in a significantly upgraded building and provides a customizable space. The planned build-out is designed to exceed the high standards they experienced in their previous office, ensuring a top-quality environment.
